Oh hello there This is from last summer. In Portugal. It was HOT. Like so hot that it was the exact opposite of today. The boyfriend got to see the sweetest side of me that week as I slowly melted and whined about the lack of AC constantly 😅😅 #ThankGodForGelato ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Just 37 days until I’m in hawaiiiiiiii

This boss babe is a gem of a human. A GEM. When she moved to DC and started teaching at @epicyogadc I thought to myself ‘NEW FRIEND’ 🤗🤗 She gets what it means to work hard and play in equal measure, how to live a life of following dreams and making sh!t happen, and caring fully for others in the most nurturing way 🤗 I LOVE this woman and I love creating with her! I can’t wait to share our annual (W)Ringing in the New Year workshop with y’all 🌟 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s gonna be sweaty and meditative and dreamy and flowy and you leave feeling grounded yet light, purposeful yet patient. We’re moving, breathing, and mediating. This is about as still as he gets 😅

I met two women the other day while running with my puppy, Hanu. They thought he was adorable (obviously -he’s the most adorable) and when we were saying goodbye one women said: ‘Bye! Be awesome on purpose!’ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I love this. Sometimes we think we must ‘go with the flow’ or abide by the idea that the universe is deciding for us... I firmly believe that yes the universe/god/spirit/source/etc is conspiring for our highest purpose but why on earth would we expect the universe to do all he heavy lifting for us? To work harder than us at cultivating a purposeful (dharmic) lifestyle? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Just like with my clients, I never work harder than them. The universe works with us. Not for us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So, this week, be awesome on purpose. Cause you got this. You’re in charge of the choices you make or don’t make. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Oh and definitely end your purposefully awesome day with me!!
